• Experiment
  To determine the extent of genomic coverage/physical map in YAC116, Pulsed field gel electrophroesis (PFGE) analysis using methylation-sensitive enzymes and microsatellite markers DXPas29 and DXPas31 was performed. It was found that Y116 extends at least200kb distal to Xist. The order of loci was reported as: DXPas31 - Xist - DXPas29 - DXPas27.
