Notes
  • Reference
Data has been deposited with MGD under accession number MDG-CREX-558. Authors suggest that Fnta is a potential candidate gene for mnd.
  • Experiment
    Authors typed progeny from a JAX (BSS) [(C57BL/6JEi x SPRET/Ei)F1 x SPRET/Ei] backcross in order to determine the following order of loci on mouse Chromosome 8: D8Mit155 - D8Bir3 - D8Xrf2 - D8Bir6 - Fnta - D8Hun1 - D8Bir7 - D8Mit4. Additionally, authors reported the following linkage information for selected loci on mouse Chromosome 8. D8Mit155 - 6.38 +/- 2.52 cM - D8Bir6 - 1.06 +/- 1.06 cM - Fnta - 1.06 +/- 1.06 cM - D8Hun1 - 5.32 +/- 2.31 cM - D8Mit4.
