    To map the gene controlling dominant resistance to autoimmune orchitis (Orch3), progeny of a mouse BC1 (BALB/cByJ x DBA/2J)F1 x BALB/cByJ population were genotyped for up to 88 microsatellite loci. Maximal linkage was seen on mouse Chromosome 11 to D11Mit219 and D11Mit8.
