    Mice from three distinct ENU mutagenesis screen cohorts were evaluated for structural heart defects: The derivation of the lines included strains C57BL/6J, FVB/NJ with C57BL/6J being the mutagenized strain. Six lines with inherited mutations causing AVSDs (atrioventricular septal defects) were mapped to distinct loci on five mouse chromosomes
