  Authors identified a 300bp sequence, D15Bei1, which flanks the transgene insertion which results in ple. Data presented shows that mouse genomic DNA was deleted as a result of the transgene insertion and that D15Bei1 maps to a flanking region of ple on mouse Chromosome 15.
