  Restriction analysis was used to physically map Pdgfra - Kit - Flk1 within approximately 1000kb of genomic DNA on mouse Chromosome 5. Pdgfra was indicated as being located 400kb upstream of Kit with Kit and Flk1 being separated by approximately 275kb.
