Data deposited with MGD under accession number MGD-CREX-688.
  • Experiment
    Analysis of the Hst7 phenotype using C57BL/6 mice that are congenic for one of two polymorphic M. spretus - M.m. domesticus Chromosome 17 homologs were used to map Hst7 to the region of In(17)1 - In(17)2 of the t-complex. Additional markers also typed for this region of mouse Chromosome 17 indicating the following gene order: D17Tu1 - Dynlt1 - D17Leh48 - D17Leh119I - D17Leh119II - T - D17Mit164 - D17Pri3 - D17Mit171 - D17Mit156 - Sod2 - Tcr1 - Hba-ps4 - Nkx2-5. The In(17)1 - In(17)2 interval includes approximately 4.65 cM of genomic DNA.
