    Overlapping clones were used to map the loci as ordered here in mouse Chromosome 1. This order is specific to the 129S7/SvEvBrd-Hprtb-m2 genome. Please review the marker detail page for more information on the duplicated Itln markers and pseudogenes. A discription of the genomic clones used in mapping is detailed in the Molecular Segment and Probes portion of MGI.
