  • Experiment
    Overlapping clones were used to physically map the following order of loci on mouse Chromosome 16: Dgsb - D16Wis1 - Dgcr2 - Tssk - Tssk2 - Dgsh - Dgsi - Gscl - Dgsj. Furthermore, sequence analysis of cosmid c143-103 was informative to show that Dgcr2 waslocated 2.9kb proximal of Tssk and Tssk2.
