  • Experiment
    Overlapping YAC and BAC genomic clones were organized by restriction mapping to define and physically map loci within the Clock region of mouse Chromosome 5. The region of interest including Clock encompassed approximately 400kb of genomic DNA flanked proximately by SST site D5Mit307 and distally by SST site D5Mit112. The following physical order was indicated: D5Mit307 - D5Ber9 - D5Nwu8-D5Nwu9 - D5Nwu10 - D5Nwu11 - D5Nwu12 - D5Nwu13 - Tparl - Ube2n-ps11 - Clock - D5Nwu7 - D5Ber1 - D5Nwu14 - D5Nwu1 - D5Nwu2- D5Nwu3 - D5Nwu5 - D5Nwu4 - D5Nwu6 - D5Mit112.
