Mice homozygous for a knock-out allele exhibit neural, behavior, glucose homeostasis, sex-specific nociception, cardiac, and ion channel abnormalities and myeloproliferative disorders. Females are sterile/subfertile with granulosa cell defects; males show prostate hyperplasia.
