Homozygous null mice show partial perinatal lethality, with more males affected by lethality. Adults show reduced motor coordination, social interaction, and novel object curiosity, and increased grooming. Cortical neurogenesis is affected, with repressed intermediate progenitor cell to mature neuron transition.
