Mutation details: The transgene contains the HIST1H2BB/Venus, histone cluster 1, H2bb, human and Yellow Fluorescent Protein, Venus variant, fusion gene, under the control of 4 tandem copies of the Cp, CBF1 (C promoter binding factor 1) binding site consensus sequence of the Epstein-Barr virus major latency C promoter (Cp) upstream of the basal simian virus 40 (SV40) promoter. Lines 5 and 47 was generated. The transgene is expressed in the cerebellum, brain stem, telencephalon, mesencephalon, olfactory bulbs, and ganglia.
