Mutation details: The CMV promoter drives the expression of a cDNA encoding the 617 amino acids of human SALL4, isoform B. The B isoform lacks the region corresponding to amino acids 385 to 820 (3' part of exon 2) of the full-length A isoform and contains 3 zinc finger domains. Six lines were established (464, 504, 506, 507, 509, and 510) however, the pound symbol (#) is used when line is not specified and/or lines are pooled.
