Mutation details: The murine alpha-myosin heavy chain promoter drives the expression of the mouse troponin I with an arginine to glycine substitution at residue 146 (R146G) in the inhibitory domain which corresponds to the R145G mutation in familial hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in humans. Four lines were generated and two, lines 121 and 133, were analyzed. RNA overexpression levels for line 121 is 1.2-fold higher compared to endogenous RNA.
