• Mutation details: Delta-sarcoglycan, in which the serine at amino acid position 151 was mutated into an alanine (S151A), is under the control of the cardiac-specific alpha-myosin heavy chain promoter. Five lines were generated (1-5), however only line 5 could be maintained due to perinatal lethality in the other lines. (J:117855)
