This locus controls susceptibility to leukemogenesis induced by radiation leukemia virus RadLV, probably by affecting virus proliferation. The dominant sensitivity allele is seen in B10.AQR(n4), probably derived from a T(2;9)138Ca stock; and the resistance allele in C57BL/10 and some H2 congenics.
