Recombinase Knock-in or Transgenic Allele Activity/Specificity Data Submission

Cre is currently the most commonly used recombinase. The Recombinase (cre) Portal accepts data about cre-bearing transgenes and knock-ins as well as non-cre recombinase (Flg, Dre, phiC31, etc.) and inducible forms of recombinases.

Use this Submission Form to describe recombinase activity/specificity for knock-in or transgenic alleles, and new recombinase mouse lines.
