Molecular description: A cre gene with a nuclear localization signal is expressed under the control of the human dopamine beta-hydroxylase promoter. Cre activity is detected in motor neurons of the cranial nerves and spinal cord, and sensory and enteric neurons. Expression was observed in both developmental and adult stages.
