Table pub.mgd.acc_accessionmax
Stores the current maximum numeric part for the "J:" and "MGI:" prefixes. Set maximum field to 0 when initializing a new record. When a new ACC_Accession record is added, maxNumericPart is incremented and ACC_Accession.numericPart is assigned that value.
